        Vitodi Villas - complete description

Villa Vitodi is complex of two villas (3 and 2 bedrooms) located five minutes driving from the Petitenget beach, famously called Oberoi area, where dining and shopping area is just in a short distance. Walking through the main road to the beach, we can find selection of choices of dining lined on its left and right side.

Entrance of the villa is like a lane where we will pass the staff quarter. This is a good point to ensure the security of the villa as there is no other way to go out from the complex.

Both villas are designed to maximize function of every single space of the area and fully equipped with facility from good quality.

        Villa Vitodi Three Bedrooms

The Three-Bedroom Villa at Villa Vitodi is entered via an impressive hand-carved Balinese gate. Stepping stones lead across a smooth lawn towards a small ornamental pond flanked by bulrushes. This rests in front of a Balinese Hindu feature known as the aling aling, a short screen wall designed to protect the property from troublesome and malign influences, because evil spirits have great difficulty in turning corners. Guests will now find themselves in a walled courtyard garden boasting a charming, deeply cushioned relaxation pavilion known as a bale bengong beside an enticing 8 x 2.5m lap pool.

The garden is planted with heliconia and a sweet scented frangipani tree. The wide lawn offers an attractive spot for sunbathing and is furnished with three sunloungers, while the remainder of the area is dominated by a large thatched open living and dining pavilion with robust coconut wood pillars and a parquet floor. Cooled by gentle breezes and ceiling fans, the style is minimalist and modern and the decor is crisp and fresh. The villa is characterised by broad white Palimanan stone pillars and thick walls, and the sunny open living area is equipped with a stereo music system and tastefully adorned with local artefacts. Contemporary furnishings include daybeds accessorised with colourful cushions and a low table; ceiling fans and bamboo roller blinds are fitted for the comfort of the guests.

The main building, with its tiled roof, is located adjacent to the living pavilion and is also open to the garden. This building features a sparkling grey terrazzo floor and houses an open plan dining area furnished with a chunky dining table with ten chairs. Immediately next to this area is a self-contained kitchen, complete with gas hob, microwave and fridge, and flanked by a serving counter with a large hatch.

The large air-conditioned Master Bedroom is located downstairs and boasts a warm parquet floor, a four-poster queen size bed swathed in muslin drapes, a dressing table, mirror, bedside tables and lamps, and satellite TV and DVD player. The room is light and airy with windows on two sides, and the style is simple and uncluttered. The dressing area, conveniently positioned between the bedroom and the en-suite bathroom, is equipped with hairdryer and safe deposit box, and offers plenty of storage space. The adjoining open-air bathroom features a sunken terrazzo bathtub, a shower with a pebbled floor, a toilet and a washbasin.

An additional guest washroom and toilet is also located on the ground floor with its own private garden, accented by pebbles and cascading plants

A parquet staircase leads up to a wide balcony, with a wooden balustrade, which runs the full length of the building and overlooks the garden. The Second and Third large air-conditioned upstairs bedrooms are mirror images of each other; each is furnished with a four poster queen size bed with muslin drapes, a dressing table, mirror, bedside tables and lamps, TV and DVD player. Each bedroom is complemented by a dressing area and en-suite bathroom. The dressing areas are equipped with hairdryer and plenty of storage space, and the stylish adjoining bathrooms each have a shower with a terrazzo stand, toilet and washbasin above a non-slip floor.

        Villa Vitodi Two Bedrooms

The two-bedroom villa at Villa Vitodi is entered via a traditional hand-carved Balinese gate. Guests will then cross over an ornamental pond stocked with lotus and bulrushes. Reminiscent of a moat, the pond flanks the villa on two sides and is accented by a pair of spherical fountains.

The third side of the villa borders the 7 x 3m lap pool, complete with a timber deck under the open sky, two sunloungers and a deeply cushioned thatched bale pavilion for relaxing. Cooled by gentle breezes and ceiling fans, the style is minimalist and modern and the decor is crisp and fresh.

A fully equipped open-plan kitchen is located at one side, complete with gas hob, microwave and fridge, flanked by a built-in breakfast bar with pendulous lamps.

Also located downstairs is a washroom and toilet with its own private garden planted with heliconia. An open-air shower is situated close to the pool. An additional guest bathroom is also located on the ground floor with washbasin and toilet. A parquet staircase leads up to a wide balcony, with a wooden balustrade, overhanging the pool.

The Second Bedroom is very similar with a four poster queen size bed and similar furnishings, together with a TV/DVD player. A dressing room with hairdryer and storage space links the bedroom to the stylish bathroom with terrazzo shower stand, toilet and washbasin.
